Preeminent Interior Design Excellence Award - 2005 given to Anita's Interiors for the interior of the 132' Oceanfast Motor Yacht "CHRISTINE"

Anita and Bill Unger, principles of Anita's Interiors, Inc. have received the Preeminent Interior Design Excellence Award - 2005 given to Anita's Interiors for the interior of the 132' Oceanfast Motor Yacht "CHRISTINE".  This is the first time this award was given for the interior of a yacht.

The category was for a singular space which included the saloon and dining area of "CHRISTINE".

The Interior Design Excellence Awards-2005 And Ceremony, was open for competition for all Florida professional and licensed interior designers and architects.  Judging of the competition was done by some of the industries top professional designers and Architects.

The awards were presented in conjunction with the 2005 5th annual Night Of Stars, April 30th 2005, which was held at the design center of the Americas in Dania Beach, Florida, USA.


Mariner III

Anita's Interiors, Inc. has been selected to do the interior design of the 122 foot Fan Tail motor yacht "Mariner III". This project is conjunction with the American Red Cross and Veranda magazines Show House 2007 in Palm Beach Florida.

The American Red Cross Greater Palm Beach Area Chapter, partnering with Veranda Magazine, presented the Designers Show House 2007 at the Ann Norton House and Sculpture Garden. An exclusive showcase of rooms designed by acclaimed interior designers from across the U.S. featured home collections and luxury brands at this historical landmark. The theme of this charity event was "FROM THE SEA" and was open to the public January 11 - February 4, 2007 and raised more than two hundred thousand dollars.

As part of this event Anita and Bill Unger principals of Anita's Interiors, Inc. were selected to do the interior design of the main saloon of "MARINER III" a 122 foot classic fan tail motor yacht, built in 1926.

The interior was to maintain the elegance and grace of a by gone era and have an influence of the theme of the event "FROM THE SEA".
